Sally Ducrow commença sa carrière artistique comme peintre et collagiste à Londres et en Australie.
En 1993 elle se tourna vers la sculpture, en particulier la taille directe sur pierre, et depuis elle exécute une grande partie de ce travail à l'Atelier Phidias de Cannes.

Elle tire souvent son inspiration de ses voyages autour du monde, où elle eut la chance de travailler et d'étudier auprès des sculpteurs et d'autres artistes locaux.

Elle est connue pour ses chats et ses oiseaux très stylisés, également pour des pièces abstraites aux formes épurées.

Elle a exposé à maintes reprises dans le Sud de la France, et ses oeuvres font désormais partie de nombreuses collections privées en Europe, en Australie et aux Etats-Unis.

En été 2005, avec son associée, l'artiste Cathy Cuby, et en collaboration avec l'ONF, elle créa un parcours de sculptures éphémères dans la forêt de l'Ile Sainte-Marguerite, fabriquées entièrement à partir d'éléments trouvés sur place.

A la suite du grand succès de ce projet auprès du public, les artistes furent invitées à monter une exposition d'installations similaires dans les Jardins Exotiques de la Médiathèque de Cannes.

Dernièrement, elle reprend le collage, utilisant surtout des matériaux naturels et recyclés en combinaison avec différentes sortes de papier fait-main.

Sally Ducrow began her artistic carrier as a painter and collagist in London and Australia. In 1993, she turned her attention to sculpture, and to stone carving in a particular. Much of this work she now carries out at the Atelier Phidias in Cannes. She often draws her inspiration from her travels around the world, during which she has had the opportunity to work alongside, and to learn from, local sculptors and others artists. She is known for her highly stylised cats and birds, as well as for the purity of her abstract forms.
She has exhibited many times in the South of France, ans her works figure in numerals private collections in Europe, Australia and the United States.
In the summer of 2005, with her colleague artist Cathy cuby, and in collaboration with the ONF, she created a sculpture trail of ephemeral installations in the forest of the island of Sainte-Marguerite, made entirely from elements collected on the site.
Following the great public success of this project, the artists were subsequentely invited to mount and exhibition of similar works in the Exotic Garden of the Mediatheque in Cannes.
Lately she has turned back to collage, using largely natural and recycled material coupled with various sorts of hand-made paper.
